About This Lesson
Boxing is an effective full-body workout for women of all ages and stages of fitness. Not only does it give your muscles and heart a taxing workout, it also increases your stamina, speed, strength and coordination. A boxing training session involves every muscle in the body, but especially the core and the shoulders. And a good boxing workout tones your legs, arms, chest, shoulders, back and strengthens the upper body.
Our Women’s sessions are friendly and fun and designed so everyone can work at their own pace and toward their own goal. The classes run twice a week and the groups are great at welcoming newcomers.
